JMSM Properties Limited required a comprehensive fabric upgrade across four social housing apartment blocks located at Falconhall Road (L9), Liverpool. Due to weathering and age, the building envelopes required essential external interventions to halt deterioration, address water ingress issues, and improve thermal performance for the residents.
As the properties were fully occupied, the works required a contractor capable of delivering efficient, safe, and well-coordinated solutions with minimal disruption to residents. In addition to improving building conditions, the project aimed to enhance weather protection, prevent water ingress, and extend the lifecycle of key external elements—ensuring compliance with housing standards and reducing future maintenance costs.
