Background

Zentra Group PLC appointed us to repurpose two domestic properties on James Grove and Dentons Green Lane into modern supported housing assets. The objective was to take aging, traditional layouts and structurally alter them to accommodate multiple independent residents. Because the properties were transitioning into high-occupancy usage, the entire scheme was governed by strict local authority licensing criteria, necessitating precise layout modifications and enhanced safety installations throughout.
